After a fire destroyed much of 53 Victory Lane in Nazareth on April 24, 2014, the owners felt blessed that no lives were lost, but devastated by the loss of their home.

 

It would then take more than two years to rebuild. When it came time for the roof installation, they decided on 50-year architectural shingles which have an advantage over 30-year because upgraded materials are used in the manufacturing process. They can handle all that a roof must endure, such as freezing hail, riotous winds, slashing downpours and brutal heat waves.

 

53 Victory Lane has been home to the Kardelis family since 2003.
